Seattle Accountants provides comprehensive accounting, payroll, tax, business advisory, and CFO services to small business owners. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our sole discretion.

By engaging Seattle Accountants, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required and promptly update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services shall be as agreed upon in writing between you and Seattle Accountants. Payment is due as specified in our agreement, and late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by you and shall not disclose such information to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Seattle Accountants shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with our services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seattle Accountants, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

Seattle Accountants reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
